Sewa Kroetkov recently returned from an epic week in Barcelona, reuniting with his friend and filmer Rudy Garcia. Their aim was to stack clips, but the true goal was to embrace the city's skate vibes. Skating all over Barcelona with his crew, Sewa rediscovered the essence of skateboarding: freedom, fun, and friendships. He's deeply grateful for everyone's support over the years. Next Saturday, June 23rd , Nike presents its new video project: Nike SB Barcelona. This Nike SB project pays tribute to the members of its team who live or spend seasons in La Ciudad Condal, one of the most skated cities in the world.

Produced and edited by Enrique Mayor and Henner Figuereido during the winter/spring of 2018, the project includes local legends such as Javi Sarmiento and Dani Lebron, together with Andrew Green, Adrian Del Campo, Fran Molina, Pedro Attenborough, Marek Zaprazny, Erik Peterson, Killian Zehnder, Michael Sommer, Shajem Willems, Wieger Van Wageningen, Youness Amrani, Max Geronzi, Dirdik Galaso, Roman Lisivka, Luy Pa Sin, Sixsas, Pierre Leze, Raul Valencia.

The Premier event will take place at the Red Fish, starting at 10pm where Nike SB joins forces with the creative women collective Girls On Choice to celebrate the Sant Joan festivities in La Barceloneta.

The launch of Nike SB Barcelona, coincides with the amateur skateboarding competition Damn Am, presented by Skatepark of Tampa (SPoT) and Nike SB that will take place from June 22nd to 24th at Skate Agora. On the evening of June 23th, all competitors and attendees of the sports event are invited to celebrate the launch of the Nike SB Barcelona video.

  • 28 qualified skaters are split into two rounds of 14 

  • Two rounds of one minute, the best round counts 

  • Top 10 go to the Final 

• 19:00 h.- Final 

  • 12 skaters 

  • 2 best of the qualifiers have direct access

  • Top 10 skaters of the Semifinals 

  • Three rounds of one minute, the best round counts 

• 20:00 h.- Awards and product gift aways for attendees
